The Air Cube is a simple and modular prototype structure with a strong focus on adaptability to ever changing environments. Twelve swedish pine battens are bolted together to assemble a single cube that can be coupled and stacked with an unlimited number of additional cubes to create custom layouts inclusive shelving, desks, tables and chairs. Designed and built for RANRA, a technical sportswear brand founded by Icelandic-British duo Arnar Mar Jonsson and Luke Stevens, the Air Cube first showcased at the SS23 Copenhagen Fashion Week and was subsequently exhibited as the backdrop for RANRA’s collaboration with Salomon in London, Paris and Beijing.
